So, how do you really achieve that glow? Well, we have two situations!

The first is if you have dry skin
So, if you've got dry skin then every time when you wash your face. After, you've completely washed off all the soap. Dry your face with a towel and then go on to apply a mild moisturizer

A moisturizer will be your best friend. If you've got dry skin that ends up flaking off or if you've got really dry lips, just end up applying a moisturizer or you can even apply something like Vaseline. That's petroleum jelly, that's what will help you get glowing healthy skin in the long-term.

Your second option is if you're someone who deals with oily skin. If you've got oily skin, we've got you a home remedy for you all. This is called "Multani mitti" or "Fuller's earth" and you get it at absolutely any grocery store. 

So, you want to buy a block of Fuller's earth! Chip off a bit of it and then pound it into a powder mix about half a teaspoon of turmeric or Haldi into it. For more efficient results squeeze a little bit of lemon or lime into that mixture. 

If it's not wet enough then add a few drops of water and get that nice smooth consistency. Apply a thin layer of this mixture onto your face. Let it dry off! Do not keep it on your face for longer than twenty minutes and then wash it off. 

Now, what ends up happening is that, the tumeric ends up cleaning up your face. It's an antiseptic. The lemon helps increase the glow of your face and most importantly because you've got oily skin, the Fuller's earth just sucks out all the oil from your face

You cannot use this mixture more than once or twice a week! because if you over do it then your skin responds by secreting even more oil. 

So, once or twice a week maybe or a gap of three days end up using this mixture, you'll actually see a change in your face within a month.

Tip number 2; 


We're talking about exfoliation to get that blowing baby type skin. You use a face scrub that's basically your face wash with these little hard particles. Now, when you apply a face scrub you've got a massage

Make your face in a circular direction, you got a massage yourself firmly. Don't press too hard but just go on circular motions and press it hard enough for your face to feel kind of a slight tingling feeling

Now, what happens is that because of all those hard particles your blood circulation to your face increases and when your blood circulation to your face increases it promotes skin growth

You're getting a lot more vitamins and minerals and that'stge quicker rule of thumb, you want to play around with the colors of your vegetables. It is a very quick solution for getting healthy skin forever.

Tip number 4; 


A lot of you slightly darker bros focus too much on skin color and don't focus on the things that you actually have to focus on. 

Remember, if you want to look better or if you want to look more handsome, it's all about looking slightly "neato beards" that are in fashion and if you want, you can keep a beard but make sure you maintain it well.

Either use some beard grooming products or at least end up trimming it to a point where it looks neat. It shouldn't be like a big Bush on your face and also keep in mind if you're someone who just gets a patchy beard, that means it just grows a little bit in spots then ideally you should be avoiding a beard. 

So, either you go clean-shaved completely if you're getting a patchy beard or you grow it out entirely and then take care of it. 

Make sure that it's neat and well maintained and that is ultimately gonna enhance your looks. You go clean-shaven or you grow out your beard and take care of it. Alright! so, that's that with the grooming tips for slightly darker guys.

Now, let's talk fashion tips for dark guys. Keep in mind your skin is not as important as your physique. If you want to be able to pull off absolutely any kind of piece of clothing, first work on your physique that's almost 90 percent of the game! 

If you're a dark guy, ideally you shouldn't be wearing bright colors that's the rule of the book! But that rule completely boils down to zero. It doesn't even matter as long as you got a good physique. You don't have to be some kind of bodybuilder or you don't have to be ripped like Bruce Lee

You just need to look healthy! Your arms need to be filled out, Your chest needs to be filled out, you need to work your legs, you need to work on your back. Just the basics! You can even achieve a good looking or a decent body through home workouts as well.

If you're a dark guy, just remember this "Golden Rule" If you've got a good physique or if you've just got the basic health and sleep slightly muscular physique, you can wear absolutely any color. Alright! so that's for slightly fitter guys but obviously everyone isn't fit. 

Now, what do you do if you're a very skinny dark or if you're a slightly more positive to burger or slightly on the fatter side?? This is when you've got to care about bright colors a little bit. As bright colors highlight your physique. 

If you're wearing white or if you're wearing very bright popping shades like red, orange, bright blue all that kind of, draws attention to your body and obviously because your skin tone is different from the color of your t-shirt your body is highlighted even more. So, in situations like that if you're skinny if you're slightly on the fattest.

Tip number 5; 


What are the colors that you should choose when it comes to t-shirts and your shirts? Well, if that is the case then ideally give priority to darker colors. We're talking about black, navy blue, brown, olive green, dark grey, and dark maroon

Like in this case, these colors match very well with that slightly dark wheatish skin tone but also keep in mind that choosing your colors is not half as important as choosing your physique and even all these other five points are not half as important as the final advice that we'd like to give you all. 

It's not really a fashion or grooming tip but keep in mind if you want to look more attractive. People aren't just attracted to how you are externally dressed or how you look externally, people are attracted to positivity and confidence. So, before trying to select your grooming and fashion related actions. 

First, select the action of loving yourself, learn how to be comfortable in your own skin, the way you're born! is the way you are going to be for the rest of your life. Do not believe that fair skin is superior to dark skin

Unfortunately, we've grown up listening all those stupid craps (ads) which completely makes no sense. It really doesn't matter as we're living in modern era and all these kinds of skin types are considered beautiful today.

Do not believe anyone who tells you that dark skin doesn't look good and that you should get rid of it. Anyone who promotes that(White is good than black) idea is basically promoting the idea of racism.

Well, today's post is probably one of our most requested post of all time so today we gonna teach you, "how to deal with your dull and dry hair" and make it transformed into smooth soft and healthy hair. Keep in mind this will also help you grow your hair faster.

So, if that's the hair quality you are looking for! Then do follow these ten simple tips and you'll be one step closer to your goal.

Tip number 1; 

Do not shampoo your hair every single day. Look, you can wash your hair every single day if you need to. But that doesn't mean you should always shampoo!! So, this is what we suggest, "shampoo only when you need to" because it can be really harsh on your hair and scalp. As it strip away all the natural oils that you need for healthy and shiny hair.

Especially, if your shampoo is not sulfate free. So, we suggest you to wash your hair four or five times a week but shampoo only twice maybe three times a week. Every other time, just use water and conditioner. Try that and your hair is gonna feel so much healthier especially if you tend to have dry hair.

Tip number 2; 

Don't be aggressive after you get out of the shower, Don't be aggressive on the towel drying! or you're gonna end up losing a lot of hair because hair is extremely fragile and prone to breakage when it's wet. And for that same reason try not to brush your hair when it's wet. As there will be tug and pull and that would be bad. Instead, if you really have to!! You can use a wide tooth comb and this will do the job.

Tip number 3; 

Don't go to bed when your hair is still wet as we end up moving a lot at night and rubbing our heads against the pillow and that would also cause breakage. If you do want to minimize the damage we would suggest you getting a silk pillowcase. It is softer and moreover it won't pull as much hair when you're moving from side to side trying to find the best position to sleep in.


Tip number 4; 

Get some Argan oil(Argan oil is a plant oil produced from the kernels of the argan tree). And that is something which be added to everyone's hair care routine who looking for some quality hair on their scalp! It makes our hair smell amazing, it makes it soft, shiny and smooth.

So, even when you are traveling, you should bring one of these with yourself. Trust me, you all are gonna get addicted to this product. It really helps if you have a dry scalp. It also helps with dandruff as well.

Tip number 5; 

Beware of heat styling tools and the reason we say that is because high temperature actually weakens the fibers of your hair. Argan oil is actually a really good heat protectant.

Tip number 6;

Avoid dying or bleaching your hair and we say that because it contains chemicals like "ammonia". For example, it that can really damage your hair or even dry your scalp. But then also if you're gonna do it, you can do it but just be careful and follow all of these tips.

Tip number 7; 

Be careful with sun damage. You know, when you go out and you stay under the Sun for a very long time and then your head gets really hot. Well, guess what!! That is not good for your scalp. So, try to stay under the shade for a little while if you know you're gonna be out for a long time. or if you can't find any shade and you're gonna be out for a while. Then, just at least wear hats to protect your hair and your scalp.


Tip number 8; 

 Trim your hair. As what you do, you get it! Similarly, that goes for your hair as well. Your hair is gonna take a lot of damage just from your day to day bad hair care routine. So, at least Get your hair trim in every three months or so respective to your own style and which gives your beautiful face a massive attraction.

Tip number 9; 

Find a good hair mask. This is something that we have started doing to our clients and to ourselves as well lot more recently and the result is extremely favorable and as a result "Hair has never felt better before" Alright!

There's a bunch of different masks you can try but the one we recommend are the "Avocado masks" because they're super natural and extremely healthy. You can also try using "coconut oil masks" which we recommend, once a week because many of our clients tend to have really dry scalp and this really helps them. Basically, just put it on your hair then let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes and then you can wash it off.

Tip number 10; 

It is the easiest one of them all above said tips.
Let your hair breathe once in a while! Don't do anything to it, like no clay, no gel and no more pomade. That way your hair can breathe and you can relax.

Remember, that stress is actually not good for your hair so you don't want to get stressed out and lose all of it. In fact stress is not only bad for hair but it ruin your overall health and fitness aspects. So, try not to have more of it for overall nourishment!
